Our store accepts multiple payment methods to ensure convenience, including cash on delivery, KNET, KFast, and Apple Pay. All transactions are conducted securely and with confidentiality.

We are dedicated to providing fast and efficient delivery services. We offer a same-day delivery option for an additional fee, in addition to standard delivery within 48 hours at no extra charge. Our delivery coverage includes Hawalli, Farwaniya, Capital (Kuwait City), and Mubarak Al-Kabeer governorates. We currently do not deliver outside these areas.

All products come with warranties provided directly by their respective manufacturers, not by Smart Lab. We recommend reviewing the warranty card included with each product to understand the specific terms and duration.

Regarding our return and exchange policy, customers may request a return or exchange within seven days of receiving the product, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all accessories. Used or opened items, such as cables or earphones, are not eligible for return. Refunds are processed using the original payment method or credited as store balance.

We fully respect your privacy and do not share your personal information with any third parties. Customer data is used strictly to process orders and improve the shopping experience.
